Hash Icon – Chrome Extension
Last few days I’ve been hacking at a little idea initially sparked by @heath_evans’s tweet one morning. Now I can happily say its open for download on the Chrome Extension gallery by clicking this link! 
Similarly to twitter during the 2010 World Cup – this extension will add a little icon next to each respective hashtag.
Currently this extension supports:
- tweets on www.twitter.com
- limited number of hashtags (#afl, #nrl, #nba, #nhl, #fifa, #mlb)
Known issues:
- does not work on search.twitter.com
- Bolded search results will not be recognized
If you spot any bugs, please let me know, this is my first Chrome extension – so I’m still very new to this whole thing.
